Great Black Speakers

Seven great people will be honored by seven great performers. The time is now, the time is right to honor the legacy of true warriors. Their roads may have been different but their final destination was the same—equality for Black America. Black History Month is a time of celebration of our culture and our race. It’s a time when we celebrate the stride Blacks have made over the years and celebrate those who have had a hand in encouraging Black America to keep moving forward. Saturday, February 17th, 2024 greats from our past will share encouraging messages with the 150 people in attendance. Fannie Lou Hammer, James Baldwin, Ella Baker, Medgar Evers, Angela Davis, Martin Luther King, and Malcolm X will take us back in time, to a time when Black leadership was much needed.
